Meadow Park's Developer
 Meadow Park Land Company (MPLC), is
the developer of Meadow Park Communities. MPLC is a
locally owned company, founded in 1985 by William L.
Page. MPLC has successfully platted over 100 lots (more
than 150 acres) in the communities of Meadow Park
including, Suncrest, Divide Ranches, Spruce Ridge and
Pine Ridge.
The remaining 350 acres of Meadow Park has preliminary
plat approval in its entirety, under the direction of a
Development Agreement, entered into with Teller County.
MPLC has its own CENTRAL WATER SYSTEM, which is
currently servicing homes in Meadow Park and Award
Winning Summit Elementary School.
Operation is monitored by a STATE CERTIFIED water system
operator. All roads and trail systems for platted areas
are in place and maintained by MPLC maintenance staff
and Teller County Road Department.
